We are currently working with one of the largest Solar PV & Battery Storage companies in the country who are currently seeking an Electrician or Supervisor who wants to step off the tools into a Technical Support type role. The company currently have 3 offices, over 100 staff and turnover £100million having grown year on year for the past 5 years. They can offer progression and development to all new employees.
They are currently looking for an experience Electrician or Supervisor who would be interested in an off the tools role working as their dedicated Technical Support Engineer for the solar division. They are looking for someone with excellent technical knowledge who can deal with customers and engineers, troubleshooting technical issues with their Solar PV and Battery Storage systems. They currently receive circa 6-8 calls per day of a technical nature, some of these are quick calls assisting an Engineer stuck on site, others are longer calls troubleshooting a customers system and advising how they can get the system back online.
You will require sound electrical understanding and ability to communicate with customers and other Engineers.
Technical Support Electrician (Solar) – Requirements
- 3-5 years electrical experience
- Experience with Solar PV & Battery Storage system installation and maintenance
- Electrically qualified
- Excellent customer service skills
Technical Support Electrician (Solar) – Salary & Remuneration
- Salary up to £40,000 +
- Private Healthcare
- 23 Days + BH (Increasing a day per annum)
