“Since we have started using Low Carbon Recruitment, we have seen a huge upturn in staff retention and the quality of candidates for interview. We have been extremely impressed with the candidates Low Carbon have provided PSUK with and in most instances have had difficult decisions to make on which candidate to employ, this is a dramatic change from previous recruitment agencies and has given our business the time to concentrate on the task at hand, not narrowing down candidates. Low Carbon have helped PSUK fulfil over 50 roles since working with them, they are masters at making the process smooth, they arrange all the interviews schedule them in your diary and call all applicants before interview and after. Their finger is on the pulse and when you are trying to recruit at speed it’s imperative. The difference between Low Carbon and other recruitment specialist is they understand that recruitment is not everyday or every month, however when we require a role fulfilling the same importance, urgency and quality is applied whether this be one role or ten roles. We look forward to a continued strong working relationship together.”
