We are currently working with one of the UK’s largest Renewable Energy companies who are seeking a Field Sales Executive to join their team in your area. They are looking for hard working and enthusiastic salespeople with experience in the Solar PV/Renewables Industry industry who would like to earn a good basic salary & commission (OTE of £85,000 - £100,000+ per annum). This role will be covering Cambridge/Essex area covering mainly CM, SS, RM, CB, SG, PE post codes.
This will be a Field based role focused on selling Solar PV and Battery Storage systems to Domestic Customers. You will be provided with 3-4 pre-qualified and warm appointments per day. The appointments will be scheduled for you and you will attend the customers property to assess their suitability for solar and discuss the benefits that a system can give them (reduced energy bills, excellent return on investment) and close the deal.
Currently, from the 16-20 warm leads provided per week, you will be targeted with completing 3-4 salesper week, which is conversion rate of 20%. Your commission is based upon your monthly revenue target of which you receive a percentage, the more you sell, the higher percentage you get!
The average sales price for a system is £10,000. The company offer several payment options which can benefit the customer, they offer finance across 15 years which would equal repayments of around £140 per month. One of the best selling points for the system is that customers will save over that amount on their energy bills from having solar installed.
