Junior Account Sales Manager

Job Title:        Junior Account Sales Manager
Salary:            £22,000 - £26,000 depending on experience.
Holiday:          23 days + Bank Holidays
Other:             Uniform, Training.
Hours:            Monday to Friday/ 8am to 5pm. No weekends.

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Account Sales Manager to join the sales team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about renewable energy solutions and eager to learn and grow within the clients company. This role involves managing client accounts, driving sales, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring they are satisfied with our products and services.

Sales Activities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, prepare and deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts. Assist with developing and executing sales strategies.

Customer Support: Provide pre- and post-sales support to clients, including answering inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product guidance.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities for growth.

Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to senior management. Use CRM software to manage client information and sales data.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing and technical teams, to ensure seamless service delivery and support business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:
 
  • Strong interest in renewable energy and sustainable technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Desirable Qualifications:
 
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
  • Knowledge of Air Source Heat Pumps or similar technologies.
  • Qualified in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
